第1条 本規約について
These Terms of Use (hereinafter “these Terms”) establish the conditions of use for the app “Thrill Dice” (hereinafter “this App”) provided by Daichi Sato (hereinafter “Operator”).
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、佐藤大地（以下「運営者」といいます）が提供するアプリ「スリルダイス」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。
By using this App, you agree to comply with these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this App.
本アプリのご利用により、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意いただいたものと見なします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリのご利用をお止めください。
第2条 本アプリについて
2.1 アプリの説明
Thrill Dice is an entertainment app that generates random results using a virtual dice roll. Users can customize the outcomes (called “words”) to create unique dice experiences for parties, games, decision-making, or other entertainment purposes.
スリルダイスは、仮想的なサイコロを振ってランダムな結果を生成するエンターテインメントアプリです。ユーザーはパーティー、ゲーム、意思決定、その他のエンターテインメント目的で独自のサイコロ体験を作成するために、結果（「ワード」と呼ばれる）をカスタマイズできます。
2.2 免責
This App is provided for entertainment purposes only. The Operator does not:
本アプリはエンターテインメント目的でのみ提供されます。運営者は、以下を行いません：
- Provide advice, predictions, or determinations of any kind
- Guarantee the accuracy or fairness of results
- Take responsibility for decisions made based on App results
- Provide professional services (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
いかなる種類のアドバイス、予測、判定の提供、結果の正確さまたは公平さの保証、アプリの結果に基づいて行われた決定に対する責任負担、プロフェッショナルサービス（法律、医学、金融等）の提供
第3条 記録データの管理
3.1 ユーザーの責任
Users are solely responsible for managing custom words and settings stored in this App.
ユーザーは、本アプリに保存されたカスタムワードおよび設定の管理について全責任を負うものとします。
3.2 データ消失のリスク
Data may be lost due to:
データは、次のような事由により消失する場合があります：
- Device failure or malfunction
- Device loss or theft
- OS updates
- Accidental deletion by the user
- App deletion
- Other unforeseen circumstances
デバイスの故障、デバイスの紛失または盗難、OSの更新、ユーザーによる誤削除、アプリの削除、その他の予期しない事由
3.3 バックアップ推奨
Users should regularly backup important custom words and settings using device backup features.
ユーザーは、デバイスのバックアップ機能を使用して、重要なカスタムワードおよび設定を定期的にバックアップすることをお勧めします。
3.4 バックアップ後のデータ処理
Data that has been backed up to iCloud or device backup may remain in the backup even after the App is deleted.

第4条 利用料金
4.1 無料版と有料版
This App has a free version with ads and a PRO version without ads.
本アプリは、広告表示する無料版と広告なしのPRO版があります。
4.2 PRO版の説明
The PRO version is a one-time purchase. It removes all banner and full-screen ads, and lets you choose the die shape (4, 6, 8, 12 or 20 faces), change the odds of a miss (the number of red faces), and write your own result words.
PRO版は一回限りの購入です。バナー広告および全画面広告をすべて表示しなくなるほか、サイコロの形の選択（4・6・8・12・20面）、外れの確率（赤い面の数）の変更、結果の言葉の自由な設定ができるようになります。

Prices may vary by country, region, taxes, and currency. The actual charge is shown on the purchase confirmation screen from Apple.

第5条 アプリ内課金（購入・返金）
5.1 購入手続き
Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Purchase requires:
購入はAppleのApp Storeを通じて処理されます。購入には以下が必要です：
- Active Apple ID
- Valid payment method registered with Apple
- Internet connection
アクティブなApple ID、Appleに登録された有効な支払方法、インターネット接続
5.2 課金時期
You will be charged at the moment the purchase is completed and confirmed by Apple.
Apple が購入を完了・確認した時点で課金されます。
5.3 返金・キャンセル
Return, refund, and cancellation procedures are governed solely by Apple’s policies. The Operator does not process refunds directly.
返金・キャンセルの手続きはAppleのポリシーにのみ従います。運営者は直接返金処理を行いません。
5.4 返金申請方法
To request a refund, follow Apple’s process:
返金をリクエストするには、Appleのプロセスに従ってください：
- Open the App Store app
- Tap your account icon (top right)
- Select “Purchased”
- Find “Thrill Dice” and the purchase
- Tap “Report a Problem”
- Select “I would like a refund”
- Follow Apple’s instructions

5.5 返金可能期間
According to Apple, refunds are typically granted within 14-45 days of purchase, depending on circumstances.

第6条 広告について
6.1 広告の表示
The free version displays:

- Banner ads continuously at the bottom of the screen
- Full-screen ads after a “miss” (はずれ) result

6.2 広告提供者
Ads are provided by Google AdMob.

The Operator is not responsible for:

- Ad content or quality
- Products or services advertised
- Accuracy or safety of advertised information
- User interactions with ads
- Fraud or harmful content in ads

6.4 PRO版での広告削除
The PRO version removes all ads from the App.

第8条 禁止事項
Users may not:

- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Violate public order or morality
- Use the App for illegal purposes

8.2 他者の権利侵害
- Infringe on other users’ rights
- Violate anyone’s privacy or rights
- Harass, threaten, or defame others
他者の権利の侵害、プライバシーまたは人格権の侵害、他者への嫌がらせ・脅迫・名誉毀損
8.3 テクニカル行為
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Copy, distribute, or transmit without authorization
- Remove or alter copyright notices
- Hack, crack, or bypass security measures
- Intentionally exploit App bugs
リバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル・逆アセンブル、改変・応用・派生著作物の作成、無許可での複製・配布・送信、著作権表示の削除または改変、ハッキング・クラッキング・セキュリティ回避、バグの意図的な悪用
8.4 商業的利用
- Use the App for commercial purposes
- Sell, lease, or license the App
- Use App content for business
商業目的での利用、販売・賃貸・ライセンス供与、ビジネスでのアプリコンテンツ利用
8.5 サービス妨害
- Interfere with App operation
- Perform unauthorized access attempts
- Use the App in ways that overload servers
- Perform automated access without permission
アプリ運営の妨害、不正アクセス試行、サーバーに過負荷をかける利用、許可なしの自動化アクセス
8.6 その他
- Perform any other act that the Operator deems inappropriate

第9条 知的財産権
9.1 アプリの所有権
All intellectual property rights related to this App (code, design, text, images, logos, etc.) are owned by the Operator or its licensors.
本アプリに関するすべての知的財産権（コード、デザイン、テキスト、画像、ロゴなど）は、運営者またはそのライセンサーに帰属します。
9.2 権利の付与
This Terms grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this App for personal purposes only.
本規約は、ユーザーに対して、個人的目的での本アプリの非独占的・譲渡不可能な使用許可を付与するものです。
9.3 ユーザーコンテンツの所有権
Users retain all rights to custom words and data they create within this App.
ユーザーが本アプリ内で作成したカスタムワードおよびデータの所有権はユーザーに帰属します。
9.4 商標
“Thrill Dice” and related logos are trademarks of the Operator.
「スリルダイス」および関連ロゴは、運営者の商標です。
第10条 ユーザーコンテンツ
10.1 責任
Users are solely responsible for custom words and data they input into this App. The Operator is not responsible for user-generated content.
ユーザーが本アプリに入力または作成したコンテンツについて、ユーザーが全責任を負うものとします。運営者はユーザーが作成したコンテンツについて責任を負いません。
10.2 使用許可
By creating content in this App, users grant the Operator the right to:
本アプリ内でコンテンツを作成することにより、ユーザーは運営者に以下の権利を付与します：
- Use content for app improvement
- Use aggregated/anonymized data for analytics
アプリ改善のためのコンテンツの使用、分析のための集計・匿名化データの使用
10.3 削除権
The Operator may delete, modify, or remove user content if it violates these Terms.
運営者は、本規約に違反する場合、ユーザーコンテンツを削除、修正、または削除する権利を有します。
第11条 サービスの変更・停止
11.1 変更・停止の権利
The Operator may change, suspend, or discontinue this App in the following circumstances:
運営者は、次の事由がある場合、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供の全部もしくは一部を停止・終了することがあります：
- Maintenance or feature improvements
- Compliance with laws or App Store rules
- Changes in external services
- Disasters or unforeseen circumstances
- Other reasons the Operator deems necessary
保守または機能改善のため、法令またはApp Storeの規則への対応のため、外部サービスの提供内容の変更・終了のため、災害・通信障害その他のやむを得ない事由のため、その他運営者が必要と判断した事由のため
11.2 通知
When significant changes or discontinuation occurs, the Operator will notify users through the App or this page when reasonably possible.
重要な変更または提供終了を行う場合は、合理的に可能な範囲で、本アプリ内または本ページにより事前に案内します。
第12条 免責および責任の制限
12.1 「現状のまま」での提供
This App is provided “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied.
本アプリは「現状のまま」で提供されるものであり、明示的または黙示的な一切の保証を行いません。
12.2 保証しないこと
The Operator does not warrant that:
運営者は、以下について一切保証しません：
- The App will meet users’ expectations
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- The App will function properly on all devices
- Defects or errors will be corrected
- Data will not be lost
- The App will remain available indefinitely
本アプリがユーザーの期待を満たすこと、本アプリが無欠陥および無中断で動作すること、本アプリがすべての端末で正常に機能すること、不具合またはエラーが是正されること、データが消失しないこと、本アプリが無期限に提供され続けることの保証がないこと
12.3 損害賠償の制限
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for:
法律で許可される最大の範囲で、運営者は、以下について責任を負いません：
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business
- Business interruption
- Any other commercial loss
直接損害、間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的損害または懲罰的損害、利益・データ・営業権・事業の喪失、事業の中断その他の商業的損失
12.4 責任額の上限
Except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, the Operator’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months for this App (if any).
重大な過失または故意の不正行為がある場合を除き、運営者の責任は、ユーザーが過去12か月間に本アプリに支払った金額を上限とします。
12.5 法令による例外
These limitations are subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Where such laws prohibit these limitations, those laws apply instead.
これらの制限は、適用される消費者保護法に従うものとします。そのような法令がこれらの制限を禁止する場合は、その法令に従います。

The Operator may modify these Terms in response to:

14.1 Apple EULAの適用
This App is distributed through Apple’s App Store. For any terms not covered by this Terms, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies:

In case of conflict between this Terms and Apple’s EULA, applicable law and Apple’s EULA prevail.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
本規約は、その抵触法を考慮することなく日本法に準拠し、日本法に基づいて解釈されます。
15.2 管轄
Any legal action or dispute arising from these Terms or the use of this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts.
本規約または本アプリの利用に関連する紛争について、日本の裁判所の独占的管轄に服するものとします。
