お問い合わせ内容、iPhone の機種、iOS のバージョン、アプリのバージョン（設定画面のいちばん下に表示）、不具合が起きるまでの操作を書いてください。

We aim to reply within a few days, but some questions may take longer.

PROを復元したい / Restoring PRO

Open the shop screen and tap “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple Account you used to buy PRO.

ショップ画面の「購入を復元」をタップしてください。PROを購入したときと同じ Apple アカウントを使ってください。

購入したスタミナが消えた / My purchased stamina is gone

Purchased stamina is stored only on your device. It cannot be restored after you delete the App or change devices.

購入したスタミナは端末の中だけに保存されます。アプリを削除したり機種変更したりすると、復元できません。

週間ランキングはいつリセットされる？ / When does the weekly ranking reset?

Every Monday at 0:00 (Japan time).

毎週月曜0:00（日本時間）にリセットされます。

チャレンジ中にアプリを閉じたら？ / What if I close the App during a challenge?

If you switch to another app during the exploring phase, the time you were away is added to your time. If you fully close the App, the challenge ends and your result up to that point is recorded.

探索中にほかのアプリに切り替えた場合、離れていた時間もタイムに加算されます。アプリを完全に終了した場合は、その時点でチャレンジが終了し、そこまでの記録が残ります。

言語・サウンド・振動を変えたい / Changing language, sound or vibration

You can change these on the Settings screen (the gear icon on the title screen).

タイトル画面の歯車アイコンから開く設定画面で変更できます。

返金したい / Refunds

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Please request a refund through Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

購入と返金は Apple が取り扱います。返金は Apple の手続きからお申し込みください。
