基本情報

This Privacy Policy explains how Sato Daichi (the “Operator”) handles information in the iOS app “Takanome” (English name: “Hawk Maze”, the “App”).

Sato Daichi（以下「運営者」）は、iOSアプリ「タカノメ」（英語名：Hawk Maze、以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。

The Operator does not run its own servers for the App and does not ask you to create an account.

運営者は本アプリ用のサーバーを持っておらず、本アプリでアカウント登録を求めることもありません。

1. 端末に保存する情報

The App stores the following information only on your device:

  • Your records (best results, weekly best results)
  • Progress of a challenge you are playing
  • Stamina and PRO status
  • Settings (sound, vibration, language)
  • Scores waiting to be sent to Game Center
  • Whether the review prompt has been shown

自己ベスト・週間ベストの記録、遊んでいる途中のチャレンジの状態、スタミナとPROの状態、設定（サウンド・振動・言語）、Game Center へ送信待ちのスコア、レビュー依頼を表示したかどうか、を端末内だけに保存します。

This information is not sent to the Operator.

これらの情報が運営者に送られることはありません。

2. Game Center（ランキング）

If you are signed in to Game Center, the App sends your challenge results (the number of rooms reached, the number of stages cleared, and your time) to the App’s weekly and all-time leaderboards. The rankings screen shows the Game Center player names and scores of other players, including your Game Center friends.

Game Center にサインインしている場合、チャレンジの結果（到達したマス数、クリアしたステージ数、タイム）を、本アプリの週間ランキングと総合ランキングに送信します。ランキング画面には、Game Center のフレンドを含む他のプレイヤーの Game Center 上の名前とスコアが表示されます。

If you play while not signed in, your results are kept on your device and sent after you sign in. If you never sign in, nothing is sent. This information is handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy.

サインインしていない間の記録は端末に保存し、サインイン後に送信します。サインインしなければ送信されません。これらの情報は Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って Apple が取り扱います。

3. アプリ内課金

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Operator never receives your credit card or other payment details.

支払いは App Store を通じて Apple が処理します。運営者がクレジットカードなどの支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。

To confirm purchases and restore PRO, the App uses RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives an anonymous ID created by the App, your purchase history, and basic technical information such as the app version, OS version and country or region. This information is not linked to your name or email address.

購入の確認とPROの復元のために、RevenueCat を利用しています。RevenueCat には、本アプリが作る匿名のID、購入履歴、アプリのバージョン・OSのバージョン・国や地域などの基本的な技術情報が送られます。これらが氏名やメールアドレスとひも付くことはありません。

4. 共有機能

The result image for sharing is created on your device. It is sent only when you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. After that, the policy of the service you share to applies.

シェア用の結果画像は端末の中で作ります。iOS の共有メニューで送り先を選んだときだけ送られ、その後は送り先のサービスの規約に従います。

5. レビューのお願い

The App may ask for a rating using Apple’s standard review prompt. Your rating is handled by Apple and is not sent to the Operator.

本アプリは Apple 標準のレビュー依頼を表示することがあります。評価は Apple が取り扱い、運営者には送られません。

6. 言語の設定

The App reads your device’s language settings on the device to choose Japanese or English. This setting is not sent anywhere.

日本語・英語の切り替えのために、端末の言語設定を端末の中で読み取ります。外部に送ることはありません。

7. 使わない情報・機能

The App does not:

  • Show ads
  • Use analytics or tracking tools
  • Track you across other companies’ apps or websites
  • Use your location, camera, microphone, photos or contacts

広告の表示、解析ツール・トラッキング、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだ追跡、位置情報・カメラ・マイク・写真・連絡先の利用は、いずれも行いません。

8. 外部サービス

各サービスでの情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

9. お子さまの情報

The Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

運営者は、お子さまを含め、利用者の個人情報を意図して集めることはありません。

10. データの削除

Deleting the App removes all data stored on your device. Game Center data can be managed in your Apple Account settings.

本アプリを削除すると、端末に保存されたデータはすべて消えます。Game Center のデータは Apple アカウントの設定から管理できます。

11. ポリシーの変更

The Operator may update this policy. The latest version will be posted on this page.

運営者は、このポリシーを変更することがあります。最新の内容はこのページに掲載します。
